Hey. That vacuum box you just made will also work quite nicely as a downdraft table to be used whenever you’re sanding something and don’t want to brethe tons of sawdust.
Have you tried it with a thicker material such as a .040 or .062 ABS material? Just curious as to how long to leave in the oven when using an ABS material. I’m going to play around / have some trial and error but I thought I’d ask incase you’ve done it and could give me a “baseline” time and temp. Great Video.

Polystyrene is a hard plastic, and it becomes polystyrene foam after its expanded by filling the mixture with air.
Styrofoam is just a brand name of a product made from polystyrene foam, similar to Foamcore.
To make it short Styrofoam is made from polystyrene.
