Yes – that’s correct. after IR heating of the sheet, inflating the space underneath the sheet before the male surface is introduced reduces tearing given the deep draw.
very nice, why the plastic sheet inflates like a ballon before the piece come from the bottom? is for optimizing the contact surfaces betwen the piece and the plastic sheet???
well thats my only doubt, very nice video, i love thermoforming process.
