This looks like a really nifty machine to produce all kinds of rubber and silicone parts. If I understood the video correctly, the raw material feeds in at the top in a solid form. Then it’s melted and mixed to the right consistency internally. Then it goes in the injection tube and is pressure injected into the mold. Once that sets up, another piece ejects the rubber components from their molds and presents them as finished product. I would imagine that you’d need new molds for any given thing you’d want to produce, but that the machine itself is capable of being set to different melting temperatures and injection pressures to handle the various materials that someone might want to use.
