Making a two-piece cored mold using Reoflex 40 urethane rubber from Smooth-On.
Filled my sloppy stock mounts with 3M Windo-Weld urethane. The result was perfect for what I wanted: stiffer than Nismo, dirt cheap ($30), and minimal cabin vibrations. The engine twists a very small amount when starting or revving. I did this in the backyard so didn’t rev too much (just 3000rpm) to disturb the neighbors. The 2nd video is here www.youtube.com
